1. Formulate purchasing strategic planning according to the business objectives of the company, and provide suggestions and information support for major purchasing decisions;

2. Organize and formulate relevant systems, work specifications and work plans of the Purchasing Department, and supervise and inspect the implementation;

3. Review the formulation, decomposition, implementation and evaluation of the procurement work plan, and accurately convey and implement the guiding spirit of the enterprise;

4. Summary. Review the monthly budget reported by the subordinates, and participate in the company's monthly budget, analysis and other meetings;

5. Review the temporary procurement requirements outside the budget of the department, review the temporary procurement plan, and report to the general manager for approval before implementation;

6. Organize the establishment of a material procurement and supply system, open up supply channels in many ways, and manage suppliers; regularly comprehensively evaluate suppliers' prices, delivery dates, services, etc.

7. Plan the purchase budget, control the purchase cost to achieve the annual cost reduction goal; closely track the market trend and change trend of the purchase material price, timely control the purchase cost; and implement the optimization of the cost of new and old products in place:
